A Stain: This will make sure that your cheeks will be waterproof making it last longer, and will give a sheer color pay off in case the blush wore off really fast.

A Cream Blush: this will offer a much stronger color opacity and with your powder blush adhere more to the skin making your blush last longer.

Tip: Make sure you do the previous steps before powdering while you apply your base. this way, it will make your face makeup less likely to cake up. so make sure if you want to layer your blush apply it before powder.

Tip: apply powder blush AFTER you powder, this way it’s going to make the whole powder blush application process more smoother and less patchy.
